During this unit in IT, I learnt about the various types of Multiple Intelligences - how they benefit us and how they are disadvantageous for us. I also learnt about how differences make us stronger and how they benefit the mankind. In fact, I also learnt about how a debate is set to be and about a very useful website called 'Voicethread.com'.
The whole class first made individual presentations on 'Multiple Intelligence' and 'Differences Make us Stronger'. Next, we were all to be put into groups, and my group was to prepare for presenting a debate about the existence and the pros of 'Multiple Intelligence'.
Several people in our class were also participating in an international debate, where they were to present about the same topics against a team in another country, throughVoicethread.com. Voice-thread helped us to post our power-point presentations on the internet, with our voice recorded in the back, explaining the presentation.
After making the debates, we were to post our first individual videos on our wikispaces. And then, finally, we were to show these individual presentations to our parents, who would then comment and remark on them.
Overall, this project was very easy and interesting to be doing, as I learnt many new things about technology, that i had never known of.
Wow, this is really good! I like the voicethread and I like the idea of the reflections instead of writing what we have done. Yay, you did great :D :D
